We're scheduling a maintenance window to apply Intel TEE firmware updates to one of our production nodes.

What's changing: Intel TDX/SGX microcode upgrade + TCB refresh

Why it matters:
- Attestation: Verifiers enforce strict TCB level checks. An outdated TCB causes quotes to fail UpToDate status, which triggers consensus check failures and temporary node restrictions.
- Security: Patches for recent Intel side-channel vulnerabilities.
